product pocessing and product testing

The production process of galvanized sheet includes three main steps: pretreatment, galvanizing process, and post-treatment.
1, pretreatment

Pre treatment is a crucial first step in the production process of galvanized sheet metal. Firstly, the raw steel plate needs to be cleaned to remove surface oil stains, rust, and other impurities. The next step is acid washing to remove the oxide and rust layer on the surface of the steel plate, exposing the pure metal surface of the steel plate. After pickling, the steel plate needs to be neutralized and washed with water to remove residual acid and impurities.

2, Galvanizing process

The galvanizing process is the core link in the production of galvanized sheets. At present, the commonly used galvanizing methods are hot-dip galvanizing and electroplating galvanizing.

3, Post processing

After galvanization, a series of post-treatment steps are required to improve the performance and appearance quality of the galvanized sheet.The first step is passivation treatment, which forms a dense oxide film on the surface of the zinc layer to improve the corrosion resistance of the galvanized sheet. The next step is oil coating treatment, which involves applying a layer of rust proof oil or protective oil on the surface of galvanized sheet to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the zinc layer during storage and transportation.
